April 7th - Rolling in style

Hey guys, still havent fixed my card drives on my computer so still no picture, hoping to get that fixed this weekend. Yesterday was an exciting day. I finally got a Crop in style XXL rolling tote for scrapbooking. for those of you who dont scrapbook, its a huge rolliong case that holds all of your scrapbook supplies when traveling to a crop or friends house to scrapbook. up until now i have used 3-5 different small rolling totes to transport all of my stuff which sucks. My friend heather found one on craigslist for $40 and i really didnt have the money to buy it right now but it was such a great deal that i knew i wouldnt stumble across again, as i prepared to just live with the totes i have and pass on this deal, my wonderful friends stepped and and forked over the money, of which i promised to pay back when i get working again. Have i mentioned lately how incredible my friends are. Well they are incredible and i dont know how i ever lived so long with out them. If youre reading this i love you guys! so after i picked up the tote i went to michells work to see her which was nice and then out to heathers work to spend some time with her. me and taylor had lots of fun out there (we always do!) and then came home and made Beef stroganoff for dinner (YUMMY!) watched me some 90210 reruns and went to sleep :) thats all for now more tomorrow i promise

April 6th- My Journey

I was just getting ready to type my entry for tonight and i inserted my memory card in to the slot on my computer to download my picture to share with you all and for some reason it doesnt seem to be working, so since i cannot share that picutre with you i am keeping in line with the purpose of this post and posting an older picture. A picture of something i am working towards. As most all of you know i am most certainly not happy with my weight or the way my body feels. I can be comfortable in my own skin, others may not thin i am pretty but on a weekly basis there are times when i do feel pretty, though certainly not always. but this is more than that. I WANT to be fit. I want my joints to hurt less, I want to be able to buy a pair of jeans that fit great, i want to go to the park and play with my son and not be out of breath in the first 5 minutes. My goal is to lose 50 lbs..... and now i will share with you my picture, this is a picture from 2 years ago right before i got  together with my husband and before i got pregnate, this is what i am working towards....

and when i get to this i wont be done, i will continue to work at losing more and being more fit. One step at a time I WILL achieve my goal. thank you all for reading and dont be afraid if you have time every once in awhile to hold me accountable and ask me how i am doing towards this goal, and if anyone wants to go for a walk, im game.

April 5th-The blind side

So im sorry to say i have no picture for today. However i did have a great day today, a wonderful end to a wonderful weekend. i spent the morning with my husband and son, we were all a little restless, including the dogs, since it was raining outside. When i went to the store to get stuff for dinner i ran into my mom and walked around the store with her for a lil bit, which was nice to just get to spend one on one time with her, something that rarely happens nowadays. i came home, we ate dinner and rented the movie the blind side. my husband and i agreed that it was the best money we ever spent on renting a movie. if you havent seen it i would highly suggest it. It was very funny, which i didnt expect and was just an amazing story, make you really want to do something good for someone else. very inspiring. I also applied for a few jobs today (wish me luck!) thats all for tonight, hope you all have a wonderful day tomorrow

April 4th-Happy Easter

Happy Easter! We had a great day today, after getting up and spending some quality time together playing wii, we got ready and headed to grandma's house to hunt easter eggs and have some lunch and celebrate my brother in law chris' birthday. it was so great watching taylor hunt for easter eggs. Last year he was to young to do it and this year it took hardly any help for him to get the hang of what he was supposed to be doing. it was awesome to watch and we all laughed and were having fun :)  I believe today was also the first time taylor was introduced to olive fingers, got a great picture of that. After we got home it was a challenge to get him to sleep he was so hopped up on sugar, he had quite the belly ache, but all is better now, so thats all for tonight. i hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. April 3rd- My little boxer

Hey everyone, sorry this post is a day late. with the holiday this weekend  ive been kinda busy. so lets see yesterday marc's mom and brother came and took taylor for a little bit which meant i got a lot of scrapping done on taylor's baby book. Then wehn he got home he took a nap and when he got up we went to Aunt Chell's and Uncle Kevin's for dinner, which was YUMMY! while there taylor found the boxing gloves and put them on, it was so cute because they were WAY too big for him that he almost fell over just walking, let alone punching anything. i had forgotten my camera so i used michell's which is why these pics will be considerably better quality than mine lol im also including a couple of pictures from yesterday morning that i took while taylor played in this nylon tunnel he has. its very funny to watch him and the dogs crawl through it together. :) so this post is going to be picture heavy but i just couldnt choose my favorites so enjoy.

My messy eater

Hey everyone, this whole blogging thing has been funner than i thought it would be. i actually looked forward to writing tonight but now that the time is here i realize today was a pretty boring and lazy day. Taylor was being extra funny today and while we were eating  we looked over to see taylor in his highchair and had to laugh because he decided to wear his bowl on his head, needless to say as soon as i was done he got a bath because we were eating lasagna and he was now orange and red from top to bottom. i snapped a couple pics of it to share with you. He is such a goofy boy and sure knows how to make his mama laugh

Taylor and his puppies

So today is the first day of my photo blog. I will warn you all now that i am not the most wonderful photographer, but just capturing everyday moments is good enough for me :) I had hoped my first day blogging i would have something awesome to write about but today was really a mellow day. so as we we're playing in the living room i snapped a few pictures of taylor and his puppies keeta and sargent (sarge). the first picture (at the top) is of taylor laying with sarge and the next two are of taylor playing with keeta. they are so good with him and give him all sorts of kisses. He loves his puppies. Thats all for today. I hope you guys will come back and read about or daily lives even if you just check in once a week, id love to share our journey with you all.
